Cantina Mariotto

Organic farming is a type of agriculture that considers the whole agricultural ecosystem, exploits the natural fertility of the soil favoring limited interventions, promotes biodiversity of the environment in which it operates and excludes the use of synthetic products (except those specifically allowed by the EU regulation) and genetically modified organisms. Nicolò is the interpreter of the Cantina Mariotto. The production of wines, entirely derived from the vineyards of the estate, in organic farming, is expressed in a limited quantity of bottles to ensure a highly quality control and a result of the same level.

The care of the earth and of the vineyards is the main theme of the farm and is practiced in harmony with nature, without the use of pesticides or chemicals redundant in its philosophy of organic wine. Despite the declared size of the cellar, experimentation is the lifeblood of the home winemaker, Nicolò.

Some years the prestigious bubbles of the Classic Method are an excellent environment to rest and both the Brut Rosé that have an expression that recalls with pride the nearby Franciacorta. But today’s production is divided into the Doc typical of the area as the Merlot Garda, the Garda Colli Mantovani both red and white: the Red and White of the Simple Garbate.

In short, an organic wine of great value in Mantua.
